CIGARETTES ARE VERY MUCH in the news these days. Tobacco companies Reynolds American and Lorillard are joining forces in a merger valued at $27.4 billion. Part of the rationale for the deal is that a bigger company can slice off a larger piece of the rapidly growing e-cigarette market.
